Ok, we took apart our motor completely and went to re-assemble what we thought was the right way...however, now the gears are set to work backwards and we noticed a rubberband type washer was left off can't figure it out...anyone with guidance, is greatly appreciated.

Try going to (Grubee Skyhawk) web site. The engines are all About the same. They got information about everything.
