Ok, so i am currently in the break-in stage but my bike going 20 mph at OPEN THROTTLE! The HP seems to be crappy also? My 66cc RAW engine is struggling to get me up a simple hill!!! WHAT DO I DO!? How do i tune this engine?

My bike was like that, but after a while it got faster. I was maxing out at around 28 after break in and then I bought an upgraded carb. from Spooky Tooth for 25 bucks and I can scream at 35mph.
Mix you fuel At 32:1 and then see what happens, plus as stated above, give it a couple hundred miles.
