Actually, I love the way this website is done and wouldn't want it changed at all. It has the right color tones to express a "welcomed feel" as well and as such invites the user to come back.
Now with the Freedom of Making Your Own Website Act, yes, you can build your very own website and show us how it's really done, however any attempt to "steal" anything from this site will result in harsh criminal penalties.
EDIT: Scratch the above, for now I see that it is some app to make my computer change the appearance of any site......oh, I see....never mind...
