This is a 99cc Sportsman Flyer bike that was built for a local customer... I'm really proud of how this one turned out (& now I have to build one for myself)! :D

That's a great looking bike, Norm. So many nice details and the engine hardly looks like what it is. In my opinion the Predator 99cc is a perfect size and displacement... plenty of guts and power, but not crazy, dangerous fast. Sweet...

Hi Norm,
Nice build and good to see these bikes getting out into the world and being built. Curious as to how the 99cc works out. So far I have only used the 79cc in the pedal bike line. Should make for a solid performer! That front brake looks nice, too.

Here's the 'final version' just before the new owner picked it up yesterday.
It now has a powder coated tank to match the rest of it, & it also has a larger front disc & much nicer brake system!
I also re-installed the pull starter.

The next one I build will be for myself & be even better!! (^)

Hey Norm, Where did you get that seat? It looks like the original boardtracker ones that Pat used to sell.

I got it from Pat.. ;)
Yeah, that seat is a classic now. It was the last, well maybe the last, one I had. Can't get those pans anymore so I had to move on.
Nice build Norm. Can't wait to see your next one! I took that 99cc engine you donated my way (thanks!!) and have Rich giving it the once over. Port the head, bigger valve springs, and a nice cam. Should wake it up a bit.
