I have probably put around 1000 miles on this motor. I have lubed the clutch bucking arm ball and lever every 2 months (150-200 miles) and adjusted the clutch once. The adjustment held for a little bit and then I had to throttle the bike down to keep the clutch from slipping. The thing I am wondering about is I took the assembly apart and the pads are shot on the clutch but I cannot get the ball bearing out of the clutch shaft. I ordered a new shaft and am wondering if anyone has any tips on installation/removal. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS BALL BEARING PROBLEM! thanks in advance

use some WD-40 with a pipette. spray directly in the hole with the pin out.
this will wash out rhe lube and have your hand ready to catch the ball

why dont you just put in new pads, adjust the pressure plate andride, ride ride

stay dry

Tried that already I am afraid that it might have seized within the clutch shaft itself or the spring for the clutch may have binded. I have a sprocket tool on the way because I cannot for the life of me figure out where I put mine so one I take it apart completely I guess I will find out.
