Just finished building my first MB, A Boygofast 66cc slant head. Running completely stock with 41 tooth sprocket. Started it last night rode for 30 min. I live in the mountains of N.C. and I weigh 210lbs temperature was about 45 . I don't expect a hill climber but I am having to pedal even smaller hills. What is the best fuel mixture setting for high elevations at colder conditions. Is this normal and I just need a 45 tooth. Any other suggestion are appreciated. Thanks guys.

A 45 tooth sprocket would give you more hill climbing ability, but really I would break it in a little more before you mess with it. I weigh about the same as you and I have to pedal on long hills, but I am running a 44 tooth.
The bike will develop more power as you ride it. Put a couple of gallons of gas through it, and then change sprocket if you want more low end. Have fun.
