Hey so today in the morning for a little bit I was riding my bike and It was sprinkleing I dont know if the fuel valve was off but it was working for like 3 minutes then suddenly It was in neautral position for a second and then It died. What could of went wrong?

You got the electrical parts wet.
Remove the magneto cover the small one on the drive chain side of the engineand using a blow dryer gently dry the coil and wires.
Apply silicone or gasket sealer to the magneto cover and, Replace the cover.
Seal with silicone or paint or whatever you have the spot where the wires exit the engine.
Check the wiring for shorts solder and retape or seal the connections to the ignition coil cdi unit.
Check the plug wire by gently tugging on it.

In short.
Dry and seal everything or dont use it in the rain.

You need to make sure the fuel petcock is open ( vertical position, not side to side)
before hopping on and taking off down the road.
Typically you'll go about 1/4 mile before it runs the float bowl dry and it stalls out.

Like Spad4me said.... you wet out the ignition.
Did you get it running again yet?
