Provided you can find a wheel to put in, great. The forks may well have a good resale value as they are though, since there are people collecting the old NSU Quickly. It was a raised bar for mopeds when it came out in the 1950s and is recognised as a clasic in it's own right.
If I had it I would see if it fit my bike, rebuild it and put it on. I don't know what Huffy's head tube size used to be, but I built a newer Cranbrook and it's a 1" tube. It kinda sucks cause most everything cool out there is 1 1/8". If it dont fit, (if I had it,) I would save it for the next build. And trust me, Theres always the next build.
