timboellner Member Apr 1, 2009 435 0 16 Towson Maryland Apr 14, 2010 #2 Ground the other wire to the bikes frame. The wire usually has a ring connector soldered to it . The water bottle holder bolt is a good spot, but anywhere will do as long as it attaches to the frame.
