Think you can get this out? The engines for sell if you think you can, but thats not what this thread is for...This was still attempted to drill after the extractor broke off in the broken stud...

People all the time break those crappy extractors off.

Get out the Dremel. Get (buy) a diamond bit or two (they aren't as expensive as they sound) - ball shapes (small). Grind the extractor stub out and most of the old stud. The drill it with a left handed (cobalt) bit. Retap as necessary.

Another way would be to use the dremel with a cutting disc, and cut a slot in the flange and the broken stud just deep enough to make a slot in the stud, apply heat to the side of the flange and unscrew the broken stud........

worse case it would need a new JUG heating before drilling is a good idea esp if the red loctite was used during installation the package even states "cured product must be heated to 500*F for parts to separate". many people forget this fact when trying to remove studs that have broken.
