newbie just built new motorized bicycle, have a problem with getting motor started,66.5 cc on schwinn beach cruiser frame , motor doesnt seem to turn over enough while pedaling to start, but if i remove clutch cover over chain sprocket and put on stand and start with pedals it will start with clutch fully engaged , but will not sta
