Ok guys last week I posted a bike for sale in my area, and I picked it up yesterday for $300 I think I got a good deal. Rode it to work today its really fun and now I want to build one off my own ideas now lol.

Looks like you got a great deal. If it were me I'd ride it over to Goldie's Patio Grill at 51st and Lewis and have a Double Cheeseburger with fries and slaw and a Cold Beer to celebrate.

Sweet bike, and what deal... Do yourself a favolr and by a front brake! Makes a world of diffrence. Enjoy her.

A drum brake front wheel would be really cool and you wouldn't need to mod your nice fork. Drum brakes fit any fork, so you can take it with you.

disc brakes are cool, but way to expensive, I suggest saving that for the bike you build yourself. Im not sure what brake will fit that fork, but i bought a good caliper brake for under 20 dollars.
