Im thinking like the Magno or Chief. Much more narrow and certanly wont hold as much Gas. Just wondering if its been done. Yes. I know about keg style builds like Terry Blows Magno ect.

Good luck trying to find either one, I think they're both out of production.

Thanks Guys. Everything I see so far, and in my research as well; is all about the aluminum "tanks" oldbiker: who's making the China Girl billet mounts and gas caps / bungs for Felt; made a VERY nice video bout sealing the tanks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEaVHJ8NBTo its in this thread; post 15 http://motorbicycling.com/showthread.php?t=33735 The cap and bung Im sure wont work because of the much tighter radius of the steel tanks. I know I could come up with somethnig that would work but I prefer to learn from others rather than charge ahead blind and make a $400 mistake with a beautiful bike. The steel tanks are MUCH narrower than the aluminum ones; Umm... Like THIS: http://www.motokola.cz/htmls/Celkovy pohled na motokolo/slides/FELT MAGNO 05.htm Notice the "tank" doesnt protrude wider than the head stock. (hope all these links and stuff work... here goes)

Heres another good shot of the front of the tank on a steel tank Felt Revolver http://www.flickr.com/photos/49951357@N00/5452091957/ MUCH more narower than the aluminum ones. Im trippin because A: Is following the same path as described above, hole cutting on the aluminum tank; not going to work on the steel one, and I end up with a garffed up tank / bike?? B: Is the sealing process going to be the same on the steel bike. IE: same size holes OR much tighter or imposable access to seal them off prior to adding the JB Weld then sealer? I got a line on a decent Magno but dont really want a behind the seat keg tank style.
