want to push the limits of design

HEY just had an idea hit me like a brick ..has anyone ever considered building a frame with only a left side chainstay an bottom tube ? I have seen this done on motorcycles in fact on some of them its preety comon , why not apply this to what we do , c'mon the parts needed are out there..just think about it how would you like to be the first guy here to accomplish this an just think how SICK your mb would look !

thats what I am getting at making the frame strong enough is not that difficult, designing a swing arm though that would be a lil different. if you wanted that on a bike ,finding a wheel an axel will be harder I looked into mini bike stuff but then the problem becomes its sheer weight , after I finish the one I have going now I may very well try this with out a swing arm, ya know start simple to maybe prove or disprove if its even possible . just to satisfy the curiousity , ya know. an of course posting my results .
