New to Motorized bicycles, but not 2 strokes, actually got my first bike a couple days ago traded my old goped for it, so far i've adjusted the carb, sprocket, chain tensioner, greased and lubed everything, fiddled with the exhaust rides great, but I get a little high speed wobble from the rear, everything seems to be tight any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. We have quite a few Florida riders here and a couple in your area.
As for your rear end wiggle: Rear bearings, tire inflation, spoke tightness and frame rigidity all play into this. Is there any bearing slop, even a little? You didn't say what bike or tires you're using but the fatter cruiser style of tire if underinflated can roll on their sidewalls and will give your rearend a little swinging feel during cornering. Skinny road tires will do that too but seemingly not as pronounced as the softer tires do. Let us know a little more about your bike, rim/spoke condition, frame style etc. We always like to see pictures too.
