I'm looking to buy a micargi hero 20" cruiser bike,
and wondering if anyone has had any experience with this bike, or if anyone had motorized it before.

Also, im 5' 11", and was wondering if the bike, although being sold as a childrens bike, would fit me.

Will this engine kit work on it?
GRUBEE SkyHawk GT2B 66c/80cc Slant Head (Black Finish) Bike Engine Kit - Gas Bike Motor Kit

also wondering how the 3 piece cranks would fit on the bike.

thanks.

edit: if that kit doesnt fit, then would this one?

only asking because of the short seattube.

Many have motorized the Schwinn Stingrays (from the 70s) and Krates. It is a tight fit, but doable. Search the site for Stingrays.

You're right in wanting the slant head, though. I've seen the pics of motorized Stingrays. If you want to squeeze an HT in there with its spark plug intact, you'll need the slant head.

Or you could do what I saw in one post, and cut a hole in the frame. :) (I'M KIDDING! FOR ALL THAT'S GOOD IN THE WORLD, DON"T DO THAT!)
