You could almost climb Weaver's Needle with that sprocket. You could definitely make it up the Four Peaks road. The exhaust is made from conduit?

For a long time I've thought about building me a mou tain bike with a 24" rear wheel and a 48T sprocket, top speed would be low but it would be a blast to ride on trails where low speed power is best and speeds of mid to upper 20's is good enough...... Im thinking it wouldbe good fun....!

That's what I'm hoping for. You gotta climb to get out of the valley!
Still breaking in the new jug piston, but it's riding great can easily hit 23 mph
on third throttle and I'm still feeling the occasional surge from the rings seating.

and yes its made from 3/4 inch conduit, bent it in home depot rather than
spend $45 on a bender for one use:) no one seemed to mind though.
with a briggs 3/4 muffler
