Hi, my name is Paul. Selling my 2008 Honda CBR 600rr, and looking for a fun bike project for the winter, wanting to have it completely built by spring as a fun substitute to whatever new motorcycle I get.
My cousin is also wanting to build a bike too. We live in an area heavily populated with CNC factories and such, looking to get into custom parts territory.
Any and all advice is welcome, WE ARE COMPLETELY AMATEURS to the motorized bike game, but have ridden dirt bike, street bikes, bmx and mountain biking since we were little kids. We both are 5'8" and weigh 140lbs so yea we're light.
We are looking for:
- Reliability and good mpg
- MINIMUM 35mph capable
- Front shocks
