First off let me say for the last 2 weeks this site has been INVALUABLE to my bike project. I started with a Schwinn Delmar Cruiser and the 66cc two stroke engine. My journey has been long, hardware store trips many, and frustrations at an all time high. After a week of tinkering with a sticky clutch, rear-wheel sprocket, and the fact everything has been done with hand tools, My first run went well last night.

Second run Carb vibrated off (doh), i killed engine and coasted, when a rear bolt came loose on the drive sprocket and de-chained my drivechain (double DOH).

Well as is fixed now, but the bike isnt getting ignition.

Well wheres the fun in no challenge?

Is your kill switch hooked up? if so try unhooking it to see if you get spark. Some of the kill switches are known to short out rather quickly .
