That's good, but anyone should be able to do that with a bone stock motor. BTW you're over reving your motor. That would be high rpm with a 44T unless you have a 29er.

doesn't sound like over-revving. i have over-revved it in the past, so i know what that whine sounds like.
its a steady throttle, sitting about 90% ,,, not WOT

also, the bike itself weighs about 50-60lbs
heavy little beast!!

Sounds like you're in the right zone to me. On my beast I run a 66cc (the ports have been cleaned up and I lapped the head) with NT speed carb, stock exhaust and a 36T sprocket. I can get close to 60 kph on flat ground. If I stripped the carriers etc to reduce weight and drag I'd probably get a bit over 60 at the top end.

Over reving? GAWD, I LOVE the sound of the 2 strokes when they SCREAM. I'd scream my stretch cruiser with shift kit every chance I could. Went through a few cylinders from heat build up but at $20 a pop for cylinders...I LOVE the sound of a 2 stroke when it SCREAMS

That's about 31 mph? That sounds about right for a 41T.
