I'm looking for for a 35t 1/8" sprocket for a 5/8" shaft (3/16" keyway). I've found some go-kart websites but none have a sprocket that big. If I could find a sprocket with a smaller shaft OD then I could drill it out and find a machinist the broach the keyway. any help would be appreciated.

so, the sprocket I found at tractor supply is for a #40 chain. I believe a 40 chain is 5/16" between inner plates. Does this mean that the sprocket is 5/16". and I'm guessing a #415 chain won't fit on it and a #40 chain will not fit the 10t drive sprocket. so that option is pretty much S.O.L.
