Picked up one of these this morning on way to work.
Plan on doing a lot of riding this weekend... gonna give it a good test.
If it keeps my naughty bits from becoming numb, I let ya'll know.

Well, I'm almost finished,
I'll take some pics some
time today.
I need some carriage
bolts and a stock of
m6 so I'll make a hardware
store run today.
Took it for a test ride
and it's much more
comfortable.

I saw a Schwinn "no pressure" seat at Wally World tonight. Wonder how well it works. My Schwinn has a nice seat... but this one is a bit wider. Not a bad price either... hmmm.

Check it out.
Read the reviews.
I have one on my cruiser and i can go 8 miles before my but starts to complain, urging me to move a bit, but it never is painful

it's a good seat. A keeper

the seats that come with gel pads on them already at walmart for twenty bucks are great till the gel is about to rip off.. and they take a week to break in to your azz.. super great if you put another gel seat cover over them.. or how about just make some kind of tie on mini pillow.. who knows.. just ride it like ya stole it and enjoy that your not peddling..
i do want a motor cycle seat on mine though and that gas tank 2door has.. where did yo uget it or what does it come off of...

The results are in on my new "no pressure" seat

I give it a 5.
The main drawback for me is coaster breaking. It makes it difficult.
So I'm back on the deluxe seat.

I'll try the "no pressure" seat on my next build that has hand breaks.
A Schwinn seat on a Raliegh... is that taboo or what?
