This short video was meant to highlight Mr. Bate's invention of an adaptor which allows a gasoline engine to run on methane gas. However, near the end of the video he shows another of his inventions ... a kit which he says will attach to any bicycle and make it almost "self-propelled". The bike part of the video starts at minute 11:45. Cool!

He looks like a mad scientist(Doc off Back to the future mabe?)Im not sure how well that thing would work....You would have to bounce up and down riding down the road....It would look pretty funny.....

Hmm, he's obviously added a flywheel to the bike, hence the reason it doesn't like stopping. For wide open spaces, that's an awesome idea. You'd live about 5 minutes on it around here, though.:D
