Hello all, just got my new motorbike running. It's more than I could have ever hoped for. I can already see that the tensioner they send with the kit is crap. Anybody have any suggestions on what exactly to do about it? I've considered having a sprocket tensioner machined, or taking links out of the chain and deleting the tensioner entirely. Any help for a moto-newb would be greatly apreciated. I know jack about motorized two wheeled anything, always been a muscle-car lover. I don't expect to be a full convert, I love my Torino too much for that, but this seems like the perfect supplemental mode of transportation. And Oh, are expansion chambers worth it?scratg

You can remove the tensioner and use shims behind the rear motor mount to "adjust" your chain. There are other various solutions to the tensioner dilemma, type in tensioner in the Google search box at the top of the page.

Expansion chamber? Yes.
