the air filter (sponge) likes to absorb fuel now and then, and then it drips out when the bike's parked. the way it runs down your carb makes it look like it's coming from somewhere, or everywhere, else, but it's normal, and has no effect on your bike.

to see if this is it, try taking the air filter assembly completely off, clean the outside body of your carb thoroughly with carb cleaner and let the bike sit for a few hours, or over night. if it's all dry and clean in the morning, you'll know it's the air filter.

if your carb's all wet the next morning, maybe then you'll be able to find the leak.
