So I've just finished some light porting on my PK80 mostly just to get rid of casting flash. I was originally going to split the cases to do to some clutch spring 'maintenance' but since this engine is new I've decided to leave it alone.

BUT I was wondering what the gurus would suggest for greasing the inner/main clutch spring. Some split the case and someone else mentioned that they simply use their grease gun and pump the cavity full of grease. I was thinking instead of getting some of that sticky motorcycle chain lube spray to spray the **** out the spring and components through the little clutch cable guide hole. I figure that should provide sufficient lubrication for the spring to function smoothly and the sticky chain lube won't fly off as easily when the asembly is spinning.

What do you guys think?
