Is there good website or store to buy Bicycle Parts online?

Im planning to buy breaks,shock absorber,sit with good brand like Shimano.

BTW i live in Canada BC.

If you weren't too worried about things being brand new you could always hit up a metal scrapyard. Tons of bikes ready to be stripped.
