So will a china girl engine fit?
No way a china girl will fit on that bike unless you plan to give her a ride on the handlebars....LOL!

Sorry couldn't help myself on that one.

Seriously though, that bike is a prime candidate for a Dax Friction Drive set up or a home built setup maybe using a 79cc HF greyhound or predator rack mounted engine for rear wheel drive by chain or a jackshaft friction drive.

the frame type and big tire limit an in frame build but it can still make a nice motorized rig with the right engineering.

Kewl looking bike......

Looks like I'm late jumping into this thread. I like the Stingray
on steroids look, but my reasons for checking out the beast
have nothing to do with motoring one. It's obviously the cheapest
fat bike out there, and I' considering one for 'way-off-road' use.
Has anyone out there tried to stick a derailleur on one of these
things? I need a cheap version Surly. Stock, these look to be a
***** to pedal in terrain.

Well, I surfed my heart out searching for viable options to
convert the Wally-world Beast into a no road/no trail
wilderness bike. I came to the conclusion that, parts & labor,
it is definitely not worth the hassle.
However what I did find was that Bikes-Direct can get you
A fully loaded Motobecane fantom FB4 for $695 if you order
now as the price will go up in Feb. or Mar. Of course I have
no idea where I'm gonna come up with $ 695, but compared
to modifying the 'Beast' it's a real bargain.
