Hello everyone! as my second post here, I will show off a little mod I did to the exhaust.
Yesterday I knocked the muffler good on something. I ruined the exhaust gasket and made it sound like crap. The stock Muffler on the Chinese Kits hangs too is too low. So I did this.
for a new gasket I used some very tough linoleum-like gasket material that is used in refrigeration systems. The new piping is conduit that I bent and welded in. all it needs is some paint and a proper bracket. I also took part of the baffle out of the muffler to make it "high flow" without being too loud. It wonks well and has increased my HP a bit
I also squeezed the tubing in a vise so the pedals don't rub
