some kits are still toting that crappy little half gallon, but spookytooth as the larger 3/4 gal. i got a whizzer 1.25gal from ebay
EDIT: nice, dan. glad to see the 1gal has finally made it's return. havent seen the 1gal's for a few years

If you have a motorcycle salvage yard in your town you might look for a tank there. I'm using an 80cc Yamaha dirt bike tank. 1.25 gal and fits a bicycle frame nicely with a little fabrication for the mounts. Good luck.

OK thanks to all of you for some insight on Fuel Tanks.
I will try the local motorcycle mechanics and there motorcycle wrecking yards
and see what I come up with. I need a gallon capacity.

Expect the 4L tank to be scratched up, not really rounded well. Even one of the posted sale pics show it scratched up.

BTW the thing is HUGE. I think the newer 3L tanks that are coming in new engine kits are the way to go for style if you are looking at stock type tanks.
