I've had my bike up and running for a few months now. Its recently developed a problem where when I have the clutch pulled all the way in to pedal, it is very difficult to pedal and also makes a squealing noise. Once I get the bike started its fine.

I have tried readjusting the clutch, I took off the side cover and looked at the flower nut and loosened that, didn't help. What else could it be? Thanks in advance

Sounds like cable stretch to me. The clutch cable can, over time stretch requiring readjustment of the cable tension at the engine clutch lever. You'll want to shoot for about an 1/8" play at the lever, no more than that. The cable should be snug but not tight. If you've ruled this out get back to us.
