You might have to drill that one out. The good thing is that hole goes all the way through the engine and is open on the back side. And if you just drill off the screw head, remove the clutch actuator/sprocket cover, there should be enough thread for you to grab with a pair of pliers or vice grips. It should turn out easily. (counterclockwise)

Just grab the threaded bolt that is sticking out
the back of the case with vise grips.
No need to drill off the head.
That bolt sticks out the back so you can attach the chain guard.
