Alternate side to side, front to back when tightening. Use a 'X' pattern. Use a torque wrench. 120 to 140 inch pounds on the cylinder head fasteners. DO NOT EXCEED 150 IP.
After a couple of heat/cool cycles check the torque again and again after a few miles. No need to 'see a turn' on the nuts. Just assure they are still at the the torque value you set them to originally.
