Search drill bits and get a set of the wire gauge bits that measure in size from 80-61 and you need a pin vise to chuck the bit in which is cheap there on the site, around $10 for the whole set up and you'll have what you need to fine tune your carb.

My elevation here is 1240' above sea level and either a jet frilled with the #72 or #73 wire gauge bit tunes my NT carbs good for my set up, I'd probably start with a #72 since its common to have a #70 as the stock jet size, with wire gauge bits the larger the number the smaller the bit, a #73 is smaller than a #70 and so on.

I dont always ride WOT, but when I do..I do my best to keep the rubber side down..Ride safely my friends!
