In Texas the real world is several miles to town and work for a lot of us so dependable longer range ability is not and optional thing, its a needed thing......

I can see electric having a good short range place for those who like it, its smooth quiet and has loads of power, but way more expensive and you have to consider the charge time, so Im not at all hating on electric and would love to have one just to play around on but when I hit the road its gonna be gas power and not battery power, just to work and back for me is 32 miles and almost ten of that is getting from my home to town which starts out on 3+miles of rough dirt road before I ever see pavement.

I dont always ride WOT, but when I do..I do my best to keep the rubber side down..Ride safely my friends!
