Lay your chain on a flat surface, take your sproket and roll it down the chain. If it pulls the chain up, grind the corners off the teeth a little. Do this until the sproket runs freely through the chain.
Al I'll check out the grinding idea,guess I'll have to remove the drive sprocket first then use a dremel.
