They have been building them for a loong time.
Before marketing under their own banner, they built under license for a number of the moped biggies...
Thing about it, though, a moped is a lot heavier than a motor assisted bicycle, and top speed will almost always end up around 30 for a stock one.
Many hundreds of dollars later you can go faster.
and the licensing schemes creep in quickly, both for the machine, and the operator.
