I'll bet when it's -30°C your bike loves to run (once you get it started). If you're interested, I found some numbers and posted them here, on Temperature and Air Volume
. When it's -30°C, the air is denser so if you have a 66cc, you're drawing the equivalent to between 79.5 and 81.5cc of air, or a bit over 20% more.
