I'm not whining......if you spent over 400 dollars with a vendor for 2 motors and both of them developed problems within the first two weeks of ownership- what would you do?
I've spent over 50 dollars of my own money shipping one of the motors back to him *twice*. I was a little peeved by that point.
The fact that the guy is sending me a motor to try out is what's called "keeping your customer happy"
I own my own small business and if I was in a situation where something I provided to a client broke twice in 10 days...I'd be pretty proactive in trying to keep that customer happy-it's the cost of doing business.
If some's good...more is better and too much ain't enough.
