How does that no flat tube work? Is it a reinforced tube or is it a slime filled one? I like Mr. Tuffy (I think there are some other brands to) tire liners that go between the tube and tire. The first time I changed a flat on a slime tube was the last time I'll ever use one! It's like an alien exploded in the tire. Green slime everywhere!

Great looking bike! Very similar to what I'm shooting for.
My post disappeared I am not sure what happened any way back to your questions.

I Used a piece if pvc pipe that i mounted onto the frame of the bike with a l bracket it is screwed into the hole where a brakes or a fender brace goes and the with plumbers strapping to the rack, the rack is still usable the tank fits exactly in the dead space between the seat pole and the rack.

I like the tank on the back for the same reason and it still looks like a bike, plus i don't like the idea of gas in front of my face,

I know it's not much better there but its the idea of it in front of me.

O got the tube at walmart 20 bucks see the picks No-Mor Flats Solid Inner Tube: Bikes, Scooters & Skates
