That is not enough weight even with you leaning on them bars as well to cause a structural failure in good bars. From that small of hole you would have to crash pretty hard and have a pretty direct hit for that small of hole to cause it to break at that spot, and with a wreck like that the bars would probably be shot even without the hole drilled in them. I have had more than a hundred pounds on both side of my bars and I have not had a problem with my Ritchey bars and the one you got on yours goat looks to be good and sturdy. So in conclusion I would suggest that if ya do drill a hole just make sure you have good set of quality bars.
