To true the rear sprocket, I put a small zip tie on the frame with the tip sticking out across the tips of the sprocket teeth & then spin the wheel & watch (& listen) where the teeth buzz across the zip tie.
Then tap the sprocket with a soft hammer to center it & also move the zip tie closer & repeat until the sprocket spins as close as possible without touching it.
