Re: Deacon's chainsaw bike.
okay one of you chainsaw guys help me out here. I started the chainsaw bike today and it started just like it was supposed to. I switched off the choke and it ran just fine. The idle was way to high and I figured out why, I had the throttle cable too tight. But when i tried to start it again, I must have flooded it cause it wouldn't start. It didn't even try and the choke didn't help at all. It ran with the choke and without before I shut it down. It this is what I have to look forward to when I go into the store, it just won't do at all.
What is the trick to starting it after it has run a bit???? Do I give it gas, do I not give it gas. I am starting it with a rope which seems to work better.
My posts have entertainment value only. A bike ain't yours till it has your blood on it. Then it owns you.
