Default Thinking of selling my bike is it more desirable if titled as Moped?

I am in the process of selling off some toys to buy others and plan on eventually selling by morini s6 powered diamondback. I have begun the process of getting it titled and registered as a moped in delaware, but as usual you hit a few bumps. I didnt have any receipts and the guys that issued a vin didnt write down that it was a moped. So now either I have a state police dmv investigator sign an avidavit stating it falls in the moped category or just sell it as is. I have a feeling it will take some convincing that it is only 49cc and 'only 2 hp' :winkwink: and 'max speed of 25mph' :winkwink:. So if anyone was to buy it right now is it worth more to you if it is tagged and titled or left as is?
