Does This Unit Have A Clutch??

Yes it uses a centrifical clutch on the output shaft of the engine and it has a gear driver on the clutch bell that is part of the reduction gearbox that is bolted to the left/back side of the engine. The photo dosen't show the gearbox but its there and part of the kit.
