it worked great, theres a post in my thread from a guy in new zeland who had over 2k miles of off roading on a set up like mine. look up the 3 sp jack shaft thread. if i was to do another one i'd use a 5 speed hub as they have 2 under drive ratios giving more lower ranges.

never got a vid of that one, i no longer have that bike, sold it a few months ago, it ran great though, the guy who has it now has it hanging from the ceiling of his bar.
