hi... im a new member and would like to know where i can print off information that says a bike modified with an engine kit is legal...
the reason i require this information is because im going to purchase a chopper bike in the next few weeks that has been moded with an 80cc engine and im not wanting to encounter any legal problems. i expect Hamilton Police Services to give me problems the first day i have it on the road...
