Hey, man... did you ever move to Puerto Rico, as planned? Just wondering, because I moved here about six years ago. As far as I can see; cops don't give a **** about the motorized bikes; they don't really see them as "motorcycles"... but toys that kids ride. Put a 4 stroke Horizontal Honda clone on a beefy bike, or stretch cruiser, and you might run in to issues, but small towns? they really don't care... and, being a Gringo; I generally speak to them in English, and they ask if I can speak Spanish, I say no, and they just tell me to go!
