Sorry I wasn't able to get back to you until today. Like I said I think the spokes are 10 5/8 but I can't remember. I did however use the same spokes that were originally laced to the wheel. The rim was a s2 with heavy duty spokes and nipples, it was the spark that got the build going. It's all about the pattern cross 3 or 4. use the heaviest gauge spokes that you can and if they are a little long a dremel sanding drum goes a long way.
