Best thing to tell a police officer during a road side stop is nothing that could be used against you. I mean it's law in Canada that you have to answer some very basic questions about yourself, producing your ID is ok too, but when it comes to questions about your bike during a stop clam up in a respectful way. If they give you a hard time for not answering a question like, "was the engine running when I seen you?", you know they are fishing but need to sink a hook before they can reel you in. If they ask what you use the engine for an answer like "its just for show" is good enough. If they ask how many cc the engine is tell them, it don't matter if it's 10cc or 1000cc really when you think about it.
This guy's video's are good to watch and listen to.
